                             sunflowers bring alot of happiness and cheerfullness to me...this painting is now in the private possession of dr debbie,my neighbour.she too is a sun-flower lover.
                           hoping that this painting will bring back the lost cheerfullness in  you debbie...she is another worried mom...battling between career and children...the anxiety of a short seperation from her adorable darling daughter has almost brought a sun-less drooping sunflower look on her charming face.
                           ....go my sunflowers and spread the cheer and joy of sheer living!cheers!!!

inspiration...

...dont remember exactly when was it that i lost my imagination...the one thing i feel is an uncertain fear to attempt...a climate of dryness...looking for a spark...just went through shri rajashekharan parameshwaran's art blog...what amazing portraits....a real inspiration..this man seems to be a living wonder...his portraits all near perfect...(i am told that there is nothing perfect in this world...otherwise i would have liberally used it for his portraiture skills)...the color ,the richness,the emotions...with no formal training!admirable!

and i decide to paint again..

this was the first painting that i made after the long gap..
was happy to see the proud smile on bismi's face.we proudly hung it up above our grey sofa...a huge piece in oil...a real treasure.

whorls ignited my passion to do more...the whole family looking forward for my next one...bismi decided to paint with me...we started working  together  on " Harvest"...b gave up after 2 tiring coats...of blue...not a perfect piece.not too happy with the highlights...will work it out at a later date..
